Puck Rush — Account Deletion

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete account in the app

Users signed in with Google or Apple can delete their account directly in the app:

Open Puck Rush and sign in with Google or Apple.
Go to the Profile tab.
Open Settings.
Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
Confirm DELETE in the confirmation dialog.

For security, if you have been signed in for a long time, you may be asked to sign out and sign in again before deleting.

Data deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your Firebase authentication account (Google/Apple session)
Cloud game progress (story levels, lives, daily quests)
Profile information (display name, avatar, provider photo)
Inventory and equipment (pucks, stickers, crates, etc.)
Arena career stats (MMR, wins/losses)
Friends list and social profile data
Server-side account records (users/{uid} and related profile documents)

Data that may be retained

Purchase records made through Google Play or the App Store may be retained under store policies; in-game gem/coin balances are removed when the account is deleted.
Anonymous or aggregated analytics (for example, general usage statistics) may be kept in a form that cannot identify you.
Minimum records required by law or security may be retained for the legally required period.

Cannot access the app?

If you cannot use the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Include the email address linked to your Google or Apple sign-in and a short explanation. After verification, we will delete your account and associated data.
